Coaching

Coaching is about getting the very best out of you and enabling you to make decisions that will improve your life. It is about unlocking your potential for success in all areas of your life. Coaching identifies the things you would like to change, where you would like to be in the future, and then focuses and supports you to take action. The results can be very powerful and the coach encourages you to always be thriving towards your goals, hopes and dreams.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP consists of a set of powerful tools and techniques for maximising potential in a person. It focuses on how the mind works, how we communicate both with ourselves and with others and our patterns of behaviour. Changes using NLP can be made quickly and permanently. It reprogrammes your unconscious mind and frees you of unwanted beliefs and limiting decisions you have made about yourself.

Time Line Therapy

Time Line Therapy works on how our unconscious mind stores our memories and experiences. We all store time in a linear fashion, to help us differentiate between past, present and future. More significantly, we all store the meaning we have attached to our memories, including decisions we made at the time which ultimately create our beliefs about ourselves. These beliefs can be limiting, such as “I’m not good enough”, “I don’t deserve true love” or “I’ll never be rich” and they ultimately hold us back getting what we want out of life.

Time Line Therapy is used to find the root cause of a negative emotion or limiting decisions. Once identified, this root cause is released allowing you to let go of the limiting decisions and negative emotions that have been stored up.

Clean Language Coaching
Clean language is a questioning and discussion technique used especially for discovering, exploring and working with your own personal images and metaphors, which can create a bridge between your conscious and unconscious mind, enhancing awareness and self-understanding.  This is a powerful aid towards helping you achieve a desired change.
Have you ever had a hunch or instinct about something important, but been unable to explain it or convince people around you?  Using Clean Language questions can develop that ‘message from your unconscious’ into more detailed thoughts, so turning your ‘gut feeling’ into something really useful.  Clean language brings thoughts you have not been conscious of into your awareness, where they can be shared and enjoyed – and understood.
Metaphors are a natural language of the mind and are doors to deeper understanding – of self and others.  Clean Language provides the key for unlocking these metaphors.
Hypnosis

Often people feel afraid of hypnosis but have you ever realised that when you have driven to work and can’t recall the journey, that a form of trance. Some people call it “automatic pilot”. Our unconscious mind takes over, leads us down a path and we are not aware of it. We don’t remember the journey because our mind is, in effect, driving for us.

One common misconception about hypnosis is that the Therapist controls the person while in a trance. This is not the case, the unconscious mind will only accept suggestions that are in line with your personal values.

Depending on the needs of the client, hypnosis is often used as part of the change work in the one to one sessions. Hypnosis is very effective with weight management, smoking cessation, eliminating stress, performance enhancement, pain control and increasing self esteem and confidence.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave.  CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a vicious cycle.

CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts. You’re shown how to change these negative patterns to improve the way you feel.

Unlike some other talking treatments, CBT deals with your current problems, rather than focusing on issues from your past. It looks for practical ways to improve your state of mind on a daily basis.
